ilannoor Publication is a sister concern of ilannoor Edification Ltd. and operates as a Qur’an-specialised publication, Islamic bookshop and educational publisher in Bangladesh.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using our website, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

Before completing an online purchase, you will be required to actively confirm that you have read and agreed to our:

• Terms and Conditions;

• Privacy Policy; and

• Return & Refund Policy.

The checkout consent box must be selected by you. It should not be pre-selected.

If you do not agree with the applicable terms, please do not place the order.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide clear and accurate information about every product, including its title, author, publisher, edition, price, stock status and other relevant details.

Product photographs are provided to help you understand the product. Minor differences in colour may occur because of photography, printing variations or the display settings of your device.

Where stock information is available, the product page will clearly show a status such as:

In Stock / Available / Out of Stock / Unavailable / Pre-order

or an available quantity where appropriate.

An out-of-stock product should not be presented as immediately available. Where practical, the product image or listing will also clearly indicate that the item is out of stock.

4. Prices and Charges

All prices displayed on our Bangladesh website are normally shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges may vary depending on the destination, parcel weight, courier service and order value. Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed or communicated before the order is confirmed.

We try to keep all prices accurate. If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact you before processing the order. You may then confirm the corrected price or cancel the affected item for a full refund where payment has already been made.

5. Placing an Order

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation by website notification, SMS, email, telephone or another available communication channel.

An order may be cancelled or adjusted if:

• the product becomes unavailable;

• there is an obvious pricing or product-information error;

• payment is unsuccessful or cannot be verified;

• the delivery address is incomplete or outside our serviceable area;

• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; or

• circumstances outside our reasonable control make fulfilment impossible.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Payment

Depending on availability, we may accept payments through approved online payment channels, mobile financial services, cards, bank-based methods and Cash on Delivery.

Online payments may be processed through PaySuite Fintech Limited and/or other authorised payment service providers made available on our checkout page.

Never send your PIN, OTP, password or card verification code to ilannoor staff through phone, email, Messenger, WhatsApp or any other informal communication channel.

For refunds relating to an online payment, we will use the original payment method wherever required and technically possible.

7. Delivery

We work with recognised courier and logistics providers to deliver orders across Bangladesh.

Our standard maximum delivery timeframe is:

Inside Dhaka: within 3 days
Outside Dhaka: within 10 days

The period normally begins after the order and, where applicable, payment have been successfully confirmed.

For ready-stock prepaid products, we aim to hand the parcel over to the delivery service as soon as reasonably possible.

Pre-order, made-to-order, imported or specially sourced products may require additional time. Where this applies, the expected delivery period should be clearly stated before the customer places the order.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by public holidays, severe weather, transport disruption, strikes, natural disasters, courier limitations, political unrest or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If there is a material delay, we will try to inform you and provide the appropriate options available under applicable law and our policies.

8. Receiving Your Order

Please provide a complete and accurate name, mobile number and delivery address.

When you receive the parcel, we recommend checking the package and products as soon as reasonably possible.

If the parcel contains the wrong product, a damaged product, a printing/manufacturing defect, missing items or another material problem, please contact us promptly under our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of Bangladesh.

10. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before the order has been handed over for delivery.

If the parcel has already been dispatched, cancellation may be treated as a return and any applicable delivery or return cost may apply, except where the cancellation results from our error or where applicable law provides otherwise.

11. Accounts and Passwords

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Please inform us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without permission.

We may temporarily restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud, investigate misuse or comply with legal requirements.

12. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, catalogues, descriptions and other original materials owned by ilannoor Publication are protected by applicable intellectual-property and copyright laws.

Books and materials published by other publishers remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright owners.

You may browse and share normal links to our website for personal and lawful purposes. However, you may not reproduce, scan, copy, republish, upload, commercially distribute or create unauthorised derivative versions of copyrighted books or other protected content without the permission of the relevant copyright owner.

13. Reviews, Comments and User Content

Where our website allows reviews, comments or other user-submitted material, the content must be lawful, respectful and relevant.

We may remove spam, fraudulent reviews, abusive content, unlawful material or content that violates another person's rights.

We will not knowingly manipulate genuine customer reviews in a misleading way.
