Values learnt and habits developed during Ramadan, as touched upon in the book, can continue to live on around the year. What inspired me to write my first book 'Falak's Favorite Month Ramadan’? For Muslims worldwide, Ramadan is the most special time of the year. It encourages people to practice patience, charity, reflection, and spiritual growth but most importantly, it reunites people. These are just some of the lessons touched upon in Falak's story. After reading countless bedtime stories to her own children, and in an attempt to fill the void of stories introducing children to the basics of Islam, Adiba was inspired to write a book herself. Her story delves into her two core areas of interest - Islam and children.
